TERMITE CONTROL
Pre-construction- treat the soil & backfill under slabs, around footings, bathtraps and other areas permeable to termite infestation with only the best chemical on the market. Also see our wood treatments explained below.
Post-construction- Irradicate a termite infestation or perform a preventative termite treatment for peace of mind to protect your biggest investment. Chemical soil treatments can be done alone or in conjunction with a bait monitor system. An elctronic bait monitor system can also be installed without chemical soil treatment. However, if treating because of a current infestation, we reccomend a combination of liquid chemical with the bait stations for a faster irradication of the termite colony. We will tailor any treatment to your specific problem and home.We have a GREEN termiticide available as well, if chemicals are a concern for the homeowner.
PREVENTATIVE TERMITE TREATMENT- Liquid soil treatment and/ or bait monitors
TERMITE & WOOD DESTROYING INSECT INSPECTIONS: No extra charge for buildings on crawlspaces, or for FHA & VA loan requirements. Digital photos are taken of active problems at the time of the inspection. Same day results & reports available. We also offer 1 ONE YEAR WARRANTY , at no charge on all inspections we do not recommend treatment on at the time of our inspection. That's the confidence we have!
MOLD TREATMENTS: We use only the best on the market- Bora-Care with Mold-Care manufactured by Nisus. We clean the mold stains then apply this chemical to KILL mold. This chemical is also effective against ALL woof festroying organisms (termites, fungus, dry rot, powder post beetles, etc...)! It penetrated the wood & last the lifetime of the wood.
